About COATX
COATX isn’t a company—it’s simply one person turning ideas into useful software and apps.
Most of these projects began because I needed something that didn’t exist, or didn’t work quite the way I wanted. With the arrival of AI, I’ve finally been able to bring more of those ideas to life and share them with others.
You’ll find free software and apps here, although some projects may have a small charge. Some apps also connect to AI models through online API services; where they do, this will be clearly explained.
Everything is built around solving real problems, and the projects will continue to develop over time. Feedback, suggestions and requests are always welcome.
Doc Sorta
Offline document sorter — reads scanned PDFs and files them into structured folders| Version | Release Date | Platform | File Size | Download |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| v1.2.8 Latest | 26 June 2026 | Windows | 70.8 MB | Download |
| Fixes: the customer-name "snap" now works for templates that set their path via a pattern (it was silently doing nothing), so look-alike company folders consolidate. And a field no longer captures a neighbouring label — e.g. Invoice No can’t grab the value off the Invoice Date row; unreadable numbers go to attention instead. Recommended update for 1.2.7. | ||||
